Kiwi Kuisine

Tried for the first time today and it was a pleasant experience. Did carry-out and the instructions were easy enough to bake nicely at home. Got the spicy veg, chicken curry, and pork green chili. Pork green chili was the favorite! One pie was enough without being too much. The small savory pies are ~$8/ pie, sweet pies are only available in large and vary per, mostly around $26/ pie. Savory ones are available in larger sizes as well.

I love the hand pies from Kiwi Kuisine! So tasty and they have a new Thai Veggie that is so flavorful. They've got a great curbside pickup setup right now that is fast and outdoors. I also appreciate them asking whether or not I need utensils - it's a simple question that can really cut down on unnecessary waste. Love these pies! I will be buying pies from them for life!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Kiwi Kuisine offers a large menu of authentic New Zealand savory and sweet pies that are sure to please, that we have not been able to find elsewhere in the DC Metro area. They offer the super convenient option of shipping pies ordered online to customers out of state. Service is prompt and pleasant as well. Lastly, can we discuss how clever their logo design is? Love this place, definitely go check it out!

Ordered a dozen pies to be shipped to WA. Unfortunately the order I received was partially incorrect. I reached out to Kiwi Kuisine via the e-mail posted on their site. There was a delay in response due to my e-mail being received in the junk inbox, but once found the customer service to correct my order was absolutely amazing. Shannon was in touch quickly after seeing my e-mail. She was very sweet, understanding, and helpful. My new shipment just arrived and I can't wait to dig into them! I ordered the mince + cheese pies and the steak + cheese pies. The mince + cheese are a bit more peppery than I'm used to from the pies back in New Zealand. The steak + cheese gravy is a bit heavier than what I'm used to. Overall though the taste and quality is amazing and so much closer to home than what I could ever make. Thank you Kiwi Kuisine, and especially Shannon, for all the hard work you do!
