Not good! First off, we ordered the nacho topper sticks... They had no nacho cheese. Then we got a pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeno pizza which had a few jalapenos and was mediocre at best. We used to love Toppers but the past 3 visits have been total let downs and I am not sure we will be back

I will never buy from this restaurant again. As someone who has a dairy allergy and is vegan, I’m always eager to try places with options that accommodate to my diet. I ordered the buffalo chicken-less topper pizza, that is supposed to be completely vegan. Last time I ordered from this restaurant, they called me an hour after ordering to let me know they were out of this pizza. So this time I called the restaurant ahead to make sure they had the ingredients for this pizza. Number one- the pizza was poorly handled. Number two- the second I took a bite it tasted like dairy cheese and I really think it was because I was ill after one piece. Number three- I noticed it was missing two toppings. I have been waiting to try this place for a while and it’s heart breaking to me to see an establishment that prides themselves in carrying vegan products, neglect the vegan products as well as the consumer.

I am very disappointed with the pizza I received and the customer service that followed when I called
to inform them. This pizza is supposed to be half and it clearly is not that. I have Placed this same order with this Toppers location and it has never turned out like this. I will not be ordering from here EVER again.

Be careful if you're vegan. I was excited to try the vegan options at this pizza chain but what I got wasn't vegan. First I ordered the VeganStix and the first thing I noticed was they didn't provide the vegan ranch. I asked my non- vegan friends to try them first because it didn't look vegan and they thought it was vegan so I ate them. I ended up sick that night because I clearly had a lot of dairy. Additionally there was a partial piece of pepperoni on both the cheese sticks and the vegan pizza I ordered (I'm pretty sure the pizza was otherwise vegan).
I know that mistakes happen, but there was a lot going on that concerned me to the point that I wouldn't trust this chain (or at least this branch). Most of the staff weren't wearing masks either. Other than that my non-vegan friends seemed to enjoy their food.

10 out of 10! Would recommend as a top pizza joint to everyone! The man who took our order, Rayvon, is awesome. He was very patient as we tried to figure out what to get, and even gave suggestions! This was our first time there, and definitely plan to come back!

Dairy Intolerance: I ordered a pizza on Uber Eats and selected NO CHEESE!
I received a pizza with Cheese. I tried addressing through Uber Eats which I was instructed to contact the merchant directly. I contacted Toppers and they basically told me I’m SOL.
Wow…
So now I’m left with a pizza that I can’t eat and had to pay for.
Terrible customer service! Do not order from here if you have dietary restrictions or hoping for basic customer service.

Who ever the manager on duty on the night of May 6th deserves a raise. Called because my food was taking a while but the manager picked up and was super apologetic about not having any drivers and they were tring to work with door dash and all to get food delivered. We only moved here a few months back but this is one of the better pizzas we've had.
