- first time here and the food was horrible, chicken, rice and beans were all super dry and had little flavor. The only thing that was good were the guacamole and tea I got.
- place was clean and organized.
- had plenty of seating inside and out.
- staff seemed friendly but picked up my order so didn't really interact with them.
- where the location is there plenty of parking.
- overall I remember why I stopped eating at Chipotle in general, each time in every location I get horrible food.

I ordered online and was not disappointed. The portions were filling and it was not overly salty! I got a salad and a bowl on a buy one get one off deal and ended up paying 10$ for the meals.

Attended this store around 3 pm today and the gut that was on the front line serving the rice/chicken portions skimped a few people. A lady ahead of me was complaining because the guy gave her a half spoon of meat so she just got double. As far as my bowl is concerned they are highly lacking in flavor and may need to replace all the people there that cook and prep food. The cheese is super grated and not stringy as usual at other stores like they are trying to preserve food. This is my third and last time going there. I had hope they would improve but every time there the frontline staff give off an impression that they don’t wanna be there. Second to worst chipotle I’ve ever tasted

The chicken was shredded not chunky like usual, I asked for double chicken and the girl who had trouble understanding English, either didn't hear me or didn't understand caught an attitude when I had to tell her again. Won't be going back to this chipotle again, it used to be one of the better ones too.

Little to no meat portions. One bowl got an evened out scoop but second bowl a manager came by and dude gave a tiny scoop. They are just trying to save money at this franchise.
Update: end of lettuce in bowl and guacamole was hard. Glad it's fresh guac... but a little more quality control please.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an online order. There was barely any chicken on my salad and the chips were definitely store bought. NEVER AGAIN!

This is the worst Chipotle in Northern Virginia. The manager and other staff were playing around while this young lady name Dasha was fixing all the food. The place was nasty with food and trash all the floor and some of the tables!!!!! They didn’t have steak, ran out of white rice and chicken so we had to wait. We were in line for 20 minutes and it wasn't even busy. People were leaving and complaining! This is very ridiculous!!!
