First time in this store. We have been to many different Panera stores and can say that this is one of the best stores. Interior design is excellent. Good service. Was crowded on Sunday morning.It is a really good store.

They put beans on my salad when I didn’t ask for any. They also put corns on it as well and I didn’t even ask for it. Overall, it was poorly made, and never seen a Panera bread salad worse than this.

This panera have the best costumer service around. We have been coming here for years and got to known some of the workers. They are always so helpful and very charismatic.

I walked in and order and it was quick and easy. The place was really clean but the people where too busy to greet 😕 or really answer questions. I didn't have anything wrong with my order and the food was great.

While the bathrooms can get dirty at times and I haven’t dined inside here since 2019, I’ve gone here for to-go orders many times since then. I will say the staff at this Panera is absolutely top-tier. It’s some of the best in the area. I have never had an incorrectly prepared (“messed up”) order from this Panera. The worst I’ve seen from this location is them improperly closing a soup container and it staining the carpeted mat in my car. But that was at the end of 2019 or very early 2020, and I’ve never had anything like that since. However, I will say that several times, they have reported an order is ready before they even started preparing it. This was not a good thing when I was in a rush, which has happened several times.

Now open for dining in, this is a good place to take a break from shopping and get out of the heat. Tables are marked for social distancing. My turkey and avocado sandwich was really good, but next time I'll order half a sandwich if I'm going to also order soup. The cheddar and broccoli soup was thick and delicious. Their pastries are excellent, especially the bear claws.

I usually love panera bread. Though it is over expensive. I was waiting for my yo go order. It wasn't busy, and the employees saw me standing there. They were chatting with friends, laughing and making jokes while the orders started piling up. They finally said; oh I think the lady is waiting for her order. Very frustrating.

I love Panera Bread, but this location isn't my favorite. This last time I ordered a Pick 2 with Greek Salad with Chicken & Soup. I asked the cashier if they still did the regular Greek salad, not the new one (who puts quinoa & nuts in a Greek salad?!) Upon receiving my order it was the New Greek Salad and they didn't put chicken on it (the cashier never added chicken to the order). The prep guy was very nice and put the chicken on for free.
It would be great to have kiosks at this location.
