I typically enjoy Panera but this was the second time at this location the food was not right and was pretty terrible. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. It is supposed to have chicken, avocados, peppers, gouda cheese and Cilantro and sauce. I also added pickled onions and tomatoes to it and extra chipotle sauce. When I got the sandwich home it had barely any chicken and a tomato on it..no avocado, cheese, chipotle sauce, peppers or onions. It was a terrible sandwich and hard to believe I paid over $10 and waited 25 minutes to get it.

So I went there about one time and there was this awesome, friendly, vibrant cashier & diner! I believe his name was.. Johnny!? (please pass my compliment to him!!) He’s extremely sweet, knows his customers orders and never has a mean face or has an attitude & he’s bilingual not many people understand most Spanish but he is off the charts! I would high-key recommend a raise!

So I paid $25 for a sub par turkey bacon avocado sandwich that was missing avocado and just thrown together carelessly, on top of that the service was awful, the workers were arguing with each other and the customers, I had to wait about ten minutes just to order when there was one person in front of me, and when I finally sat down there was mice running rampant throughout the restaurant. Not to mention I was left waiting because they never even called my name for me to get my order. Absolutely disgusting. Never going here again.

I've had several issues with this location, but my latest experience was most egregious. I ordered food for delivery, but I noticed I was missing a flatbread. Calling into their store didn't help, since the phone continued to ring. Unfortunately, I had to drive to the location to ask about my missing item. And while they were able to make me a new flat bread (after about 15 minutes of waiting), I was never apologized to, nor refunded money (what's the point of delivery if I have to pick it up in person)? As I was leaving, an employee even told me that he'd be happy once his shift is over, which I felt was a strange comment to make to a customer.
A few weeks prior to this incident, my wife placed a pickup order. After being notified of the completed order, she went to pick it up, only to find that the food wasn't ready. She was then told to wait and after asking for an update on her order, she was told an order was never placed. It turns out, they created the order under a completely different name. The food had been ready the entire time and she was notified after 20 minutes.
The main issue seems to be mismanagement, overall worker apathy, and lack of employees. Don't waste your time ordering from this location. The one in Kingstowne is cleaner and friendlier. Definitely worth the extra 5 - 10 minute drive time.

The two women serving dine in orders between 10am and 11:30am were extremely mean and dismissive. I have a soft tone and anxious aura and they took full advantage. The older women initially refused to remake my order even after I apologized for arriving late (I ordered online). She just kept saying “go back to the front, I called you and you didn’t come”. I had to approach the counter a total of 5 times after receiving my meal because of missing or wrong items being on my plate. They were dismissive and spoke to me as if I was asking for items that didn’t exist. This is usually my favorite location, and favorite place to have lunch. I didn’t have enough time to eat barely anything I ordered so I asked for a to go box. They didn’t even want to give me that. I stuffed my half sandwich and muffin in one small sandwich box and left or else I would have been late returning to work.

Disappointed I placed my order for curbside pick up,it said it’ll be ready by 10:22am, i got there at 10:21am for them to take there sweat time to hand me my order…. First guy came out with the wrong order which wasn’t mines, I waited 15min in another guy came out asking me for my name!? In again came out with the wrong order….. I get home and there’s no chicken in my salad which I paid for!!! Big disappointment,I buy here twice a week!!!

Food and drink was good, the service was fast and convenient. The place is overall very clean. The temperature was slightly higher than desired on a hot summer day and wifi didn't work, though one can use wifi from JiffyLube next door.

I ordered the Pick 2 Half Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and Toasted Frontega Chicken. Everything was good but my bag of chips was opened already which I was mad at because I was looking forward to it. Otherwise then that, the service was speedy and the food was delicious.

I frequently visit Panera Bread and the service is excellent! Warm smiles and courteous clerks are patient as I sometimes stumble over my order. Highly recommend for great lunch and service with a nice ambivance.
