I found a bug in my salad and had to go back to switch the food. The cashier was nice and replaced my food. Pleasant, polite, kind staff. Delicious smoothies for a reasonable price. The detox island smoothie Is what I get everytime. It's low calorie, dairy free, refreshing, and I feel satisfied and light afterwards. ✨️

I had put an online food order. When i get there they didn't have it. I was charged but the order never went through. I love this place. But it was Postmates fault. They need to get a new company for online orders. I will only do phone call orders from now on.

after having a problem with my order at another Alexandria Tropical Smoothie (which still has not been fixed) I started ordering from the Potomac Greens location and have not had problem with them. This location is quick, and friendly customer service. My go to location when I am in Alexandria

I have been to many Tropical Smoothie Cafes'. The staff at this location are extremley professional, accurate, and timely. Keep up the good customer service.

Cute little place. Getting 5 stars for the huge sizes of the smoothies, the quality and taste of the smoothies, and the quick fast service! You'll be in and out.

This is my favorite location!!! They get my order exactly right every time, as I need a few things changed from how they "normally" make my two favs.

Well, they also have breakfast wraps. They were okay and priced reasonably but we waited a bit for them, even though we were the only customers being served. The place was clean and cozy.
