This place is not great at all. I have gone many times and the service always is bad I have not once had a good customer service experience and I have been to this location over 7 times and today I had enough they over charged me like crazy I always get a Cesar salad with no tomato and add broccoli

I needed a heater this morning. I called no one will answer. I went there. Asked for heaters were they said in the back. I walk through the back. There was not much on the shelves. There were no heaters. I walked back up to ask the same person about the exact location. She said there are no heaters.
It sure is pricey to eat healthy food. These two items cost me around 25 dollars and the parking of course at this location is a big minus. Significantly a downgrade version of Chopt. Its my first time at this restaurant and it definitely will be my last. Happy new year sweetgreen!

This location makes good Harvest Bowls! (The Harvest Bowl is my favorite dish from Sweetgreen.)
And unlike the other locations in the city (like NY or DC), the line in the store moves forward with a reasonable speed. Staffs are super nice and can understand your request on food quite well.
