This is a great local bar in Alexandria Bay, NY. I was in Alexandria Bay, NY for three days and my last night the had two great local bands playing. I stopped in the bar the other nights I was the and it was just a typical local bar. The bartender Lindsay was friendly and made sure all the beer was ice cold for the customers.

Always have a great time here. Tonight was a different experience. Unfortunately, there was a strange man in the bar so the bartender closed and had us leave early. I’d think that the tourists would be a little more important.

This is my favourite place in Alex Bay. It's cheap with quick service and friendly staff. Skiffs makes me want to live here
The upstairs club is fun too if you like to dance

They only want to make $ off the tourists and don't care about the local man. Among the locals this is the worst bar in town. They'll cater to the outta towners who spend $ but have no loyalty. Go to Riverboat where they treat you right.

Went in for a quick drink. Casual low key bar with locals and regulars . Bartender served us quickly and was friendly. Seemed to have a place for live music and a separate spot upstairs for nightclub, but we went in during the day.

Very friendly bar tender. Due to COVID you must buy a hot dog or slice of pizza. The pizza was very tasty and the wine slushie was delicious!! Will be back!! Bar was clean and restroom was clean

Bartender did not have much interest in serving or being bothered with anything. We were the only customers in the place when we ordered and it took 45 minutes to get wings. We weren’t told that they don’t make the food on their menu. Some person came in and delivered our food to us. The wings were good but not impressed with the fact that if you didn’t have cash to pay for food the delivery person took your credit/debit card out of Skiffs to go somewhere to swipe it for payment.
