Sonic Drive-in

It's so aggravating when you go to a restaurant & your order isn't correct, however, I understand. Restaurants are under-staffed & most are trying their best. But, not this store. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go there, my order is incorrect. I've given them several chances to make it right, bc like I said, I realize what everyone is going through right now. But today was my last straw. I will never be back to this restaurant. They can't even get a simple drink order correct. They really need to get their stuff together or just close until they can.

With glass windows it'sreally easy to see when the staff is laughing and goofing off instead of filling an order I've been waiting 30 minutes for. I've seen 5 cars pass through the drive through since I've been here, it just seems like they're more interested in hitting the standards that make them look good to their boss like window time and not their customers

This place is pretty good, they have decent customer service. The main thing they need to improve is that there’s no awning/overhang over the drivethru box. It’s pretty much standard practice and for some reason they don’t do it. It it’s storming out, you’re SOL because most of the time they are too short staffed at night to have carhops go out in the parking spots. Being short staffed is a common issue for most places right now, but they could definitely use the overhang over the drivethru box.

i had to throw my foods away.. I ordered here many time and there always got wrong orders.. I would never came there again ever.. I told them to give me back so they said will return in my card in a day. I don’t appreciate their customer service cause I saw somebody inside and they just stand and talked right there and it took us to wait for their foods service..
