Matthew the manager in Mariano were absolutely amazing! They made our night from the moment we drive up to the drive through, until they had us laughing and smiling as we pulled away! These two have the best customer service I’ve seen at any restaurant or fast food place in a long time! They both were professional with just the right amount of silliness! You can really tell they have a great work environment at this location, and they have fun while they are working! Honestly I don’t eat a Burger King too often, but I can tell u that after the experience these two created for my family and I tonight, I’ll be eating a whole lot more Burger King from now on! I would say that both deserve a raise bc they are very valuable assets to burger kings company! I believe in giving people shout outs for their hard work so everyone is recognized for their efforts! Had a great experience with the staff! The manager whose name is Matthew was polite and very generous and the customer service was outstanding! I will be going there again! The food was amazing as well and came out at a decent time. 😁
It was after 10pm & I had just picked up my grandson & he was hungry so we stopped BK on Eubank. Matthew was so nice & professional. He wished us a good night too.
