Matthew the manager in Mariano were absolutely amazing! They made our night from the moment we drive up to the drive through, until they had us laughing and smiling as we pulled away! These two have the best customer service I’ve seen at any restaurant or fast food place in a long time! They both were professional with just the right amount of silliness! You can really tell they have a great work environment at this location, and they have fun while they are working! Honestly I don’t eat a Burger King too often, but I can tell u that after the experience these two created for my family and I tonight, I’ll be eating a whole lot more Burger King from now on! I would say that both deserve a raise bc they are very valuable assets to burger kings company! I believe in giving people shout outs for their hard work so everyone is recognized for their efforts! Mathew was amazing they got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it he remade my whole order let me have my previous order correct and incorrect items and gave me free desert at 15 min till they close the best service I've had in a long time
