Plumbing went out on Christmas Eve, and we were expecting 19 people for Christmas brunch. Called Rotor Rooter around 11am and they came out around 5:30. They were fast, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I believe the young man was Dean, he was great.

I had a major leak in my laundry room and kitchen, water was pour out of my washer and backing up into my kitchen sink and dishwasher. It was a good experience overall. The techs were friendly and courteous. They were also quite efficient. I am waiting on the drain treatment I was advised would be included in the whole house drain package.
