I'm gonna go all Gen-X here. Having A.I. take your order is messed up! The stupid thing must have been designed by Apple. There isn't a "Back" button.

I’ve had a lot of Taco Bell. This location had the best tasting supremes I’ve ever had. I ordered a party pack of hard shells and my mom and I devoured half each. That is not typical food consumption for us.

Tasty, quick, friendly, and easier on pocketbook than most other fast food. Wish they offered Dr Pepper or Coke products. Not a fan of Pepsi.

There is Taco Bell near our house but my husband and I decided to try this location and we are so glad we did. We received excellent service. Food was made really good compared to other locations. Also it was very clean and the person preparing our food was very nice. I am sorry I didi not get his name.

Tough review for this location. For anyone visiting the inside of a Taco Bell in New Mexico over the last 40 years, we know it is a fast food location, but there are still certain expectations for some of us. It seems over the last few years, customers are expected to scan their own items, bag their own groceries, and basically expect a minimum of services from most places. In my experiences, the "service" industry was declining before the "C-19" pandemic, but has recently experienced major downturn. On my visit to this location, only one of the 4 doors was unlocked for entry (although I noticed later the employees were locking/unlocking the door based on in-dining traffic). Signs on the counters and doors stipulated to use kiosks to place orders, which makes sense since I only ever saw 3 employees trying to run the restaurant during my 1.5 hour visit. So far no hassle, and my daughter and I placed an order and were seated. When our order was finally called up and left on the counter, we noticed we were missing parts of our order. When I approached the counter I found friendly assistance with my first interaction with someone. The order was corrected, and although at a slightly lower standard than I am used to from Taco Bell, it was all done in a cordial and friendly manner. All this time I saw additional people coming in the door and the drive through was moving. In a typical Taco Bell visit (or any other food establishment for that matter), I would really drop some scoring from many additional areas, and raise it for others, but in trying to rate this visit as it was I am giving 4 stars. Really??? 3 people running a busy Taco Bell with drive-thru and dine-in at 530pm during rush hour while keeping smiling faces and not complaining even once? This is unheard of to me recently. So 10 stars for the employees, but slight dings for cleanliness, proper order, etc. Will be glad to visit this location in the future when properly staffed and see the same employees running the place.
