This place was so kind and made our drinks perfect!!! The manager was so sweet and very helpful. I messed up and got upset about something and he showed me that I was wrong but the kind and polite way. This is customer service at its finest. Thank you sir!!!! Let me know if you want that sign!!! It will be sparkly!!! 😉 Thank u sir great job
Unfortunately. the last 2 times I went there, they were waiting on the " truck" to arrive, so they are out of quite a bit of items. When I was told they were out of tater tots ( TATER TOTS!!!) that was it.... 😔😭
Overall, the service was great and in a timely manner. The food was good and everything was correct. I order for a family of 5, that's a big order so anytime my order is done correctly it's greatly appreciated.
Rolled up close to closing,asked 2 guys smoking out back if they were open, to which they replied yeah.went to drive thru ordered a Dr.pepper.waited for 10 min when young lady opened window and asked what I needed, as I answered my Dr. Pepper she said oh my gosh and apologized and gave me my drink free of charge.i understood they were just trying to get out and go home.
