I don’t expect a whole lot from an airport fast food restaurant… but this location did alright. I got a warm croissant ham sandwich and a cup of coffee. There was plenty of seating when I went through on a Thursday early morning and they seem to keep the area clean.

I decided to eat here during dinner hours on 19 Oct 2023 because there weren't too many "healthier" options in this airport. Although Panda Express sounded good at the time, I didn't want to eat something like that right before I have to sit for over an hour on the plane.
I was actually shocked with the sandwich I ordered (Southwest Chicken Artisan Sandwich); I expected something of lower quality...not sure why but my expectations are always lower towards airport restaurants. I also didn't want to go too off path of normalcy, so I just ordered a bag of chips and a drink with my sandwich. I was a little bummed out that they ran out of Powerade because I wanted something other than water or coffee, but didn't want soda either. But, I didn't lose sleep over it either.
The prices at this place are adequate - I know some may have issues with how much things cost at this restaurant, but I don't think people are realizing they're eating at an airport. Typically event centers, stadiums, airports, etc., are always going to increase their prices so this should never be surprising to anyone these days.
Overall, I liked this place (nothing to highlight or boast about). I don't pass through ABQ airport often...in fact, I think this was only my third time visiting this airport. But if you plan on flying out of this airport or arriving to this airport, and are hungry during either flight direction, I would recommend this place to you. If I'm ever passing through this airport again, I'll be sure to eat here once more if I'm hungry.
Couldn’t leave Albuquerque without trying their green chili. Loved the cup of chicken green chili. Had the right amount of spice.
My Uber driver (aside from giving me some great spots to try on my next visit) suggested suggested this place and said that the pilots all got the Green Chili Chicken soup from here. Decided I'd try it and I was not disappointed! The soup was spicy but very tasty and the staff were friendly. Driver definitely earned her 5 Stars!
I had the turkey avocado sandwich and a large coffee. $15. Average to above average food for airport food. Expensive as expected for airport food. Try this place out if you are in the mood for a sandwich.
So I'm a big Cinamon Twist fan, and while going through the Albquerque airport I came across Comida Buena to get some coffee. They had the Best....bar none.....Cinamon Twists I have ever had. This is a must try.
Their green chili chicken soup might be the best airport meal I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, comforting -- but also with a spicy punch of spice and flavor from the generous amount of green chilies in the soup.
Their coffee was better than average, and I had to give this place a 4/5 because they ran out of several sandwiches, and seemed to be a bit understaffed.
But still -- check out the soup.
I Always stop here for their green Chile chicken soup. It’s the best so good! Today’s was soo freaking hot in the best way. Good Chile! Also great was the oat milk latte they made me with vanilla and cinnamon. While I adore their soup I have to give the biggest shout out to the guys working the register and the one who made my latte. Both young men were very kind. My latte was delicious and I wouldn’t have known it was an option if it wasn’t for the young man at the register. It’s so nice to be treated so well. Thank you mijos! You did a great job! Your customer service was spot on!
Our flight was diverted from Denver airport to Albuquerque airport. I was starving and grabbed a NM roast beef sandwich on hatch green chili focaccia bread. It was huge and beyond delicious!! So good! It had a little spice and was honestly the only good thing to come out of our 3hr delay.
One of the best spicy green chili chicken soup in the world! Staff is always friendly.
