This is my first time ordering. I did so through Uber Eats, and the food arrived fresh and delicious. Honestly some of the best I've had in awhile, and I've lived in NM my entire life.Just wish the chicken enchiladas had chicken in them 🤭 it's not going to stop me from eating here regularly. Honestly, for the price I don't even care much. Best dang cheese enchiladas I've ever had and I say that because usually I don't like them. In this instance they are perfection. That's a serious statement. 5 out of 5 stars regardless. I've found a new favorite place to eat.

Love it - check your expectations: not "New Mexican" but more California/Mexico. Great value, fair portions, fast service. I have tried quite a few things over time on their menu and find myself craving the breakfast burrito here more than anywhere else so far in ABQ. Definitely worth a spot in my regular rotation!

Cuco’s new location at Wyoming and Montgomery is friendly, fresh and welcoming
I ordered a breakfast burrito with chorizo. It was as good as I make it home and not greasy. The watermelon Aqua Fresca was just what I needed
I would’ve given more stars, but I only tried one item on the menu.

This place was so good! From the outside it doesn't look too eye catching, and there were no cars in the parking lot when we arrived. The reviews looked good so we decided to give it a try. I ordered the carne asada tacos and my husband ordered some enchiladas. The food was outstanding. The vibe inside was very fun and the service was quick.
