45 minute drive through at 7 pm. Please do not waste your money here, I was just curious how long it would take and after several attempts this place will always fail. You will literally save time going to another location on coors blvd. Not sure how this place is still in business. Owners dgaf at all. It's been this way for a long time.
Update, they hooked it up on the taco bell side... maybe not entirely worth the wait but the workers were very nice and also made the food correctly, with a little extra. Workers 10 out of 10, the people who own/operate the store are not good. I watched 3 people working extremely hard to keep the drive through going. It wasn't fast but again 3 people doing it all. They absolutely deserve a raise! Keeping the 1 star due to the fact I think these individuals were definitely overworked, overwhelmed and underpaid.

Last night was by far the worst experience ever!
I ordered a 12 piece family meal and only got 10 measly pieces. The drumsticks were completely missing. My wife only wanted drumsticks for mother's day and they were no where to be found! On top of that the biscuits were rock hard and the coleslaw was swimming in juice. You could hardly call this food. Guess we won't be going back here for a long time. Couldn't even call the number listed because it just goes to a dial up modem line smh.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Cashier argued with me that the Nashville Hot chicken does not come with pickles. It's in the picture on the menu. It has come with pickles at every other location I have been to in this area. When they handed me my food, they did not give me a receipt. When I asked for one, they gave me one with the top part torn off so I could not see the store and cashier information. When I asked for a full receipt, the cashier name was blackened out. I wanted food, not an argument. On top of that, the fries were old, the mashed potatoes were dry, and the gravy nasty.

Consistently out of tenders.. horrible customer service.. management truly doesn’t care. Their lights are literally off at night in their drive-thru. Maybe to deter customers? When it was mentioned the guy said they don’t have lights but I know I have seen their ordering board with lights on before… in other words.. spend your money elsewhere.

I work security in the area and this location is usually my only place to get food during my shift other than the gas station, much better quality food than other locations; only thing that sucks is sometimes sitting in line an hour before closing for 30 minutes waiting to get my order in just for them to not attend to me at all and needing to get back to my patrol

I called this KFC and asked if I could get some fresh wings. The guy who answered told me he had wings right now and they were not old. I asked if I could have fresh wings he again said they were not old.I went and ordered the wings. They were past old. I do not believe that they are able to serve food like this. This food was not anything anyone could eat. I will be filing a complaint.
