I cannot express my gratitude enough for Slice Parlor! This outstanding pizzeria deserves all five stars and more for its incredible generosity and community spirit.
Recently, I had the privilege of coordinating food for a volunteer event for the United Way of North Central New Mexico's annual Week of Caring, and Slice Parlor stepped up in a big way. They generously donated delicious pizza for 100 volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to improving our community.
The staff were incredibly accommodating, having to come in early to make this order happen! Their commitment to giving back to the community is commendable, and it's clear that they genuinely care about making a positive impact.
Elias, the manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He understood our mission and the importance of our cause, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The communication was flawless, and Elias ensured that everything was organized for the event.
Slice Parlor, thank you for your outstanding contribution to the United Way of North Central New Mexico's Week of Caring. Your generosity and delicious pizza brought smiles to our volunteers and made this event unforgettable.
Thank you!
I love this place. The vibe is super chill, the staff are nice, and the pizza is awesome. The slices are HUGE so the perfect move is to go with a bunch of buddies and everyone gets their own slices and drinks. They have an awesome tap list, and wines too. They do a lot of take out business so I've never seen it packed inside. Always a seat at the bar or tables for a group.
And seriously, a single slice is like a quarter pizza so any more than two and you'll be hurting!
I believe I had a Marble IPA and 2 slices of pepperoni and green chile. The place had a great atmosphere and the bartender was very friendly. The slices are very large and tasted great. I needed just a knife and fork because the pizza was so hot and fresh and I wanted to dig in quickly. This was my first visit to this location but I will visit again. I recommend this location.
This location was definitely a better experience. Food was good service was ok think there's was a staff change. I had to get my own pizza box that we asked for a couple of times, and I had to pay at the bar to leave because our waitress turned into a bartender.
One of my new favorite spots! Love that you can order any pizza you want by the slice! Portions are very generous, quality is superb, lots of great local brews on tap, cocktails are decent and don’t cost an arm and a leg, friendly service, clean and pleasant atmosphere. The before 5pm specials are also a steal! What more can I say, Slice Parlor rocks, just wish they had one on the Westside!
First time ever going to slice parlor. Got a 18 inch cheese with olives and a house salad. The house salad had pepperoni's, mozzarella, green peppers, red onions, olives and mushrooms and it comes with your choice of dressing and it was delicious. On a Wednesday night, this place is really low key. Very nice environment.
Julian make the most amazing calzones ever, and Megan (our server) made this all happen for us. Great service and great food.
Pizza was absolutely delicious as was our calzone and salad. Great prices and big portions. The cannoli is a must-have and they have a fantastic selection of local beers on tap. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and our server was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. Lots of seating indoors and a nice dog-friendly patio outside.
I am updating and revising my entire review because first impressions CAN be changed.
First of all: I highly recommend Slice Parlor. It is one of the best slices in the city.
This particular location has a nice atmosphere and it clean. I do want to highlight that the restroom was also clean (something that is often overlooked at restaurants---but it was exceptionally clean).
Recently went with some colleagues from work and there were two friendly and hard-working servers working that day. I would like to remark on Adriana's performance; she was polite and attentive.
The tea was robust and ice cold. The salad was fresh and light. Also, the pizza was delicious. The proportions for a lunch was very nice for the price paid.
Great place for a beer.
Pizza has been hit and miss.
Salads only have pepperoni and pre cooked grilled chicken... think about that one.
Slight expansion to the menu and better ingredients would be really appreciated.
