When we walked in, it took 3-4 minutes before anyone took our order. The staff was friendly and met any request we had. The tables in the dining room were all dirty in some way, i.e., crumbs or trash on the table or in the seats, ketchup or sauce on the table. The food was cooked well and had a great taste.

It has always been a good fast food restaurant. I never have no complaints about the place. They are always prompt at getting my food to me. Service is good. I can tell from watching the workers that it's a great work environment.

1st time at this location debbi at the register was amazing she was taking orders delivering food and cleaning tables she repeat our order and got it correct my son doesn't like tomatoes we usually ask for no tomatoes and they always add them not here amazing and the young man in this picture i didn't get his name he deliver our food and offer us condiments for our hamburger high recommen this location it's was pretty busy they did great.
The food was cold, although food was "made fresh." It took twenty minutes to get my food when I got it. I sat at a table and proceeded to eat my food, and the food was cold. I didn't have time to wait to have it remade and i asked for no tomatoes but they put tomatoes on, lucky easy to pull off. I like their food but you expect it to be hot and even warm but cold come on.
First time having a whataburger, and it was good but not great. I hear about all the hype about how delicious the burgers are. But I was not impressed.
But it was good.
Great service and hot food! We loved the sauce options. Even as a vegetarian, I was able to eat there too (grilled cheese), and everything was very good, compared to other fast food places.
One star was removed was for wait times (20+ minutes), however I can’t knock them as we are still in a pandemic (short staffed everywhere).
This place is very busy all the time. That is a good thing the food is always fresh.
We need a Whataburger up near Juan Tabo. We love going but it's kinda far to drive. They building McDonald's and Burger King but we want Whataburger
My partner and I came to the Candelaira and Eubank location early in the morning (around 2:30am), we came for the shakes and unfortunately the "machine was down" and couldn't order shakes so we opted for 2 taquitos and a medium Dp. It was alright...they didn't have picante sauce!
Been years since visiting Whatabuger. Last one was in Texas. It wasn't to good.
We are traveling from CA and stopped for the night in Albuquerque and figured we'd try it again . We visited store 842, in Albuquerque, NM 5/22.
What a great experience, wonderful friendly employees. The food from hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, french fries were all the best. My daughter enjoyed the Dr.Pepper shake. Great experience, thank you Whatabuger staff for a great memory.
