Can’t say enough about this place, great Cheese Steaks and the pizza is to die for. Our waiter Gio was amazing and also met Jewel that made the recipes for the pizza. We will be back!
I do not understand how the ratings are so low! My food was so good! I had the Spaghetti dinner and my boo had a chicken philly. Both were decently priced and delicious.
The only issue I had was that my salad was half fresh and half wilted. Other than that, great service and a great sandwich shop!
Food was amazing, service was quick and polite with the new servers. Definitely a second time coming soon! Can't wait for my return, love the food and atmosphere.
We have eaten at Filling Philly's a number of times and have been satisfied every time! We love the green chile philly and the teriyaki philly is a nice variation. My kids love to eat here as well, which makes it a great place for us to bring the whole family. Their happy hour is nice as you can take in a game (they'll happily change the station to whatever game you're interested in) and a good, local beer.
My only quibble is the cost. As other have mentioned the prices seem a bit high for the size of the sandwich and for a full foot long it's an additional $3.
This is a very modern/urban eatery! The food is good and the service is excellent. They also have the best local beers on draft I can't wait to come back.
What a great little place to eat. The Food was served up very fast, and the service was excellent. The best Philly steak sub I have had in New Mexico, hands down.The fries had great seasoning and the serving size was perfect. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and comfortable. The menu doesn't have a whole lot of options, but if you want a steak sandwich this is the place to get it.
So yummy! Got the South philly, ribeye, cheese whiz and onions. I usually get the frenchy Philly and that is really good too! The bread they use is so soft and and just melts in your mouth. Only four stars because they didn't have Elephants on Parade, which is on the menu but they were out. Maybe next time! 😉
First off the food was fantastic. Prices are a bit high but that's true all over these days. Super friendly staff was a bit new and messed up my order but made it right right away. The place was nice looking, table was sticky tho, like in a way that it seemed like it might not be able to not be sticky? I dunno. Otherwise I really like the aesthetic of the group of business that are all right there.
I'm glad I tried it. I'll probably go back. Maybe not go out of my way, but if I'm having a cold one across the patio (they deliver to the bar next door) you could do a lot worse.

Great food but it will cost you 9 for a steak sandwich and 12 for the meal for a 6inch i tried the pizza one wasn't that good for me but thatd just me and my personal opinion i took it home and threw on some tapitio and it was amazing the waiter offered to switch my sandwhich for another which was great customer service but i declined because im the one that ordered it wasn't her fault tjat my taste buds are picky i will come back again very soon and try other sandwiches.. the chili cheese fries were excellent best i had so far
The food is excellent the service was great and the prices were not bad at all! This is the best Philly cheese steak I am had outside of Philly!
Food is great (when in stock). As other reviewers we too have experienced them running out of essential product (like ribeye meat?). Atmosphere is fantastic as a quaint industrially style shop. Prices are s little steep but good place to take the wife on a date or even kid friendly to bring along the kid.
IPA's and Philly's. How could it be bad? Fun little joint with cool live entertainment.
This place is great! I’ve eaten here twice. Classic philly, and the French dip. The chili cheese fries are delicious, but it is like Texas chili FYI. The service is also a reason why I visited again. Staff are friendly and very attentive not only to my needs, but also to the restaurant full of people that were present as well. My glass was never empty, and I was offered a drink to go! Will definitely be going back! Good service and good food is hard to come by, so come by filling phillys where they’ve got both! Recommended by your neighbor and friend,

Absolutely amazing place to eat. Their fried pickles were homemade and better than bdubs. Their philly sandwiches were just the right portion and delicious. The staff were also friendly and welcoming and quick on service. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Filling Philly's... the food is amazing. The beer selection is good. The only thing I would say is they need more wait staff or they need a watering hole where customers can get there on water. But the food is delicious!! I love this new spot with fig and fork and another tap room.
