We all know that us and our families here in NM get down in the kitchen . So for Los compadres to be as locally famous as it is ! That tells you it’s amazing food ! Their motto " to serve the best food in New Mexico " stands true. This food is traditional New Mexican cuisine, which literally tastes homemade. You will never be disappointed and will definitely have you coming back for more.

Food is worth the price. Love the complimentary chips and salsa.. Very hot salsa. The only thing I complain is that the sopapillas are hard and small. Friendly people.

Ate here for a late lunch, around 2. Was not busy at all. Waited on right away, and thel food came out quickly. Waitress was very pleasant. They give you free chips & salsa to start. My husband had the small bowl of Posole, and it was huge! I got a combination plate with rice,beans,taco, enchilada, and a chili relleno. All were good.

Great food and service. Prices were reasonable. We came in with a large group, they accommodated us and served with in a timely manner. I recommend this place. We would definitely go back.

Nice and clean restaurant, it was cold in there just like all the other places. The food was good, they carry a Senior menu which was perfect for me. The Service people were on it, they were always asking if we needed anything. As people would leave they were there cleaning up right away. Very nice restaurant.

Such a treat, when being seated there is chips and salsa already waiting for the customer at each table. The salsa is amazing!! and the chips are fresh. The atmosphere of the employees is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We love this place. The food is pricey but it's worth it. I love other Mexican restaurants but this one has become my new favorite one. Especially because of the servings. Just wish they would make the guacamole better. Less salt. Just tastes like mashed avocado with salt. Mom used to make it with jalapeno, tomato and onion all diced with a little bit of lettuce. I know it gets busy but they can make it taste better. Especially for how expensive the food is.
