I visited Phoenix for the balloon festival and stopped by for a nice dinner. The food was excellent and so was our waitress. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and wildberry Lemonade. The price was great too. Just over $40 for two. The place was clean and service was very attentive and she even gave us our drinks to go! Stop by for good food and even better service!
I had the hot fajitas with the shrimp and steak! It was very good 😊😊😊 and so was the service! I was seated right away as it was Thursday evening around 5ish so there wasn't much of a crowd! Compared to what Friday and the weekend will be like so always be aware that timing changes everything! I had a nice seat and thoughy enjoyed my meal the server was great and I gave him a $10 tip!
Today was birthday lunch. Our wait staff was super courteous, fast, and attentive. The meal was well prepared. I know some restaurants don't put meals together well when they have been around for a while, but chili's is putting in that effort.
With a chain restaurant you never know what you're going to get, however this was a very good experience. We came in late on a Sunday night as it was one of the only things open. They only had two servers running the entire place. We were seated very quickly and you could see that these servers were very customer service oriented. No complaints from our server, he was friendly and attentive. We were so grateful for the wonderful service! The food was also perfect after a long day of travel. (Chill's food is what it is - so manage those expectations)
Wow, we hadn't been to Chili's in a long time, stopped in yesterday and great food and great prices! We had the lunch offering, salad or soup with double burger, and IT WAS FANTASTIC! we spent less $ at chili's than we did at Carl's Jr burgers. And the difference in food quality (Chili's was fantastic!) Will bring us back again and again! We'll be back!
Had the mushroom Swiss burger well done. My friend the salmon. She said it was the best she had in a restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and checked on us many times.
Awesome service! :) Our waiter was extremely busy, but still kept checking in on us. Food was as expected from other locations, great taste, even greater price with the 2 for $20 deal! Still ended up getting a dessert though (I recommend doing the other deal which includes dessert) but ate too quickly for a picture LOL.
The food was good but what made the experience was the service it was amazing. They were super busy but the staff pulled together and you would have never known. Food was hot drink never empty out of this world service I will recommend this location hands down!!! Great job!!!
Tim was a fine and attentive server. The food was tasty. The margarita chicken was nice. And the margarita drinks were great.
It took us a full 2 hour visit with 2 small kids to order, get food and finally eat. As with most restaurants,you need to HIRE MORE STAFF so customers don't have to wait so long.
