One of my favorite places in Albuquerque... It's very tasty food, healthy, and pretty quick. Such a friendly family-owned business with great staff and welcoming environment. The music, TV, and wall paintings are transporting as well. Love this place. Very authentic and incredible food.

A lot of places here try to Americanize their cultural food. Not this place. Authentic, flavorful, and bountiful for a really good price. The pies are amazing and unique, the Jallab is one of the best sweet fruit teas I've ever had, and the lamb is on point every time.

We travel a lot for Indian wedding and fusion weddings. We love to try the local restaurants. Yesterday we wanted to try Sahara. It has good food and quick service. Perfect for lunch and dinner. We had three wraps. Gyro lamb and beef, chicken shawarma, kafta lamb and beef. All 3 were good. Check them out. The inside has some interesting decor also.

This is a great spot for middle eastern cuisine. Great falafel wrap, hummus, pita, and baklava. The salad was underwhelming and very oily, but that was easy to look past.

This place was awesome; delicious food, courteous staff and there is plenty of indoor seating. We got a dinner plate with a chicken skewer and a gyro with basmati rice. The falafel, chicken meat, gyro meat, hummus and basmati rice were all excellent! Prices were reasonable for the portions we received. We left with happy bellies and will for sure be back!

Great, authentic, and easy to find restaurant! Ordering at the counter is simple and quick. They’ve got quite the extensive menu of traditional middle eastern dishes. Whether you’re looking for sweet or savory, there’s something for everyone! I ordered the beef and lamb shwarma with fries and lemonade. The shwarma comes wrapped up tight, so if you’ve got to grab and go, they’ve got you set. Each was served up hot and fresh, and the lemonade was cool and refreshing. Check in for their specials each day as well!

Walked in, took a seat and was ignored by the wait staff. I asked if I needed to order at the front before sitting down, was told no, so I sat down again. Still ignored by the wait staff, so I left. Can’t review the food because I didn’t get as far as ordering although it looked nice on other customers’ plates. Seems clean though - that’s about all I can say. UPDATE: I went back to give it another shot after the nice response from the owner. The food was excellent. Enjoyed the hummus, falafel and tabouleh salad.

Great food, the greatest burger and shawarmas, and kebabs 🥹; my kids always have things to criticize but they were amazed by the food. I greatly appreciate the nice and welcoming lady in the front, she made our stop even more welcoming and will never cross New Mexico Albuquerque without eating here, the other good thing about this location is close to Highway so you don’t have to drive off your route.
