We are Mark Quinones "groupies". Loved his plates at Mas in the Hotel Andaluz. When we saw that he'd moved to Hotel Chaco's Level 5, east choice for Christmas dinner. The dining room is small so we had to wait for our table. No problem, have a drink at the bar. Way too long a wait to be served.
