On a road trip from Denver to Phoenix. This craft coffee is close to the highway and completely worth the short detour for those who appreciate high quality beans with an artful experience. If you want a sugary drink to fit the mold of a franchise, look elsewhere. When I look for a coffee, I want fresh, single origin beans, roasted to enhance the flavor profile. Prismatic Coffee did not disappoint, and I’ll be back next time we are in the area.

Prismatic takes coffee seriously, roasting their beans in house for their coffee and other establishments around town. They've got a chill cafe, with some light snack options and obviously coffee, with monthly specials too (and I've been told, a secret menu). I tried the s'mortado, a play on a cortado with a s'mores, and enjoyed it. The stroopwaffels are huge, crispy on the outside and tender inside, as they should be

Great flavor of house coffee, beautifully poured latte. Was disappointed they were “out of most of our food,” and the visible menus were very limited (only showing espresso and latte variations). Would I go back? Absolutely. Quite, clean, and giant open doors for fresh air.

Look no further for third-wave coffee in ABQ. This simple setup is all you need. No fuss, just a really simple coffee offering. I get that some people aren’t used to that, but trust me it’s good. The open air concept of the space is great and the flood of natural light is really enjoyable. So order your coffee, sit down and soak it in.

They take a lot of care in making the coffee and they could be a lot more pretentious about it but they were very down to earth and helpful to a person like me who ignorant about fancy coffee. Stroopwaffles were fantastic too and an amazing ambiance. Loved every second and didn't want to leave.

A nice third wave coffee shop, with an emphasis on quality from seed to cup. Staff is pretty friendly and eager to talk about coffee which is pretty rare in ABQ but definitely nice to see them join other new coffee shops around town.

This is the best coffee I've ever had! (And I used to live in Seattle!) I always get the photonic latte to go and it never disappoints! I love telling my friends about this place because not only is the coffee superb (literally unlike any other coffee in town) but the interior is beautiful and the baristas are sooo great. Oh and fun fact: they do all of their own in-house roasting....so yeah. Prismatic for the win 👍🏽

Great coffee, great treats, great aesthetic. They are generally a bit coffee snobby but for a good reason, best cup of coffee I've ever had.

Come for the coffee, and be prepared to savor it! This is a great place to go if you really want to think about the notes emanating from your espresso and not simply pound your morning joe. The little hand-pressed waffles were delicious and come in two flavors: caramel and raspberry. Loved it so much I came back later that morning with my partner! Also, try their coffee brewed into a local beer by La Cumbre.
