Recently visited Bien Shur while visiting family and had an amazing experience dining here. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. We tried a several dishes. We stared with the Burrata Caprese and Beef Carpaccio. LOVED the Burrata Caprese as it was well balanced with the decadence of the Burrata w

Tried this restaurant when at the Sandia Casino and Resort. It is their nicest restaurant and most expensive. It is located on the top floor and has excellent views of the surrounding area. Through huge windows. The restaurant itself is fairly large with a bar and dining area. The menu is small b
The food was amazing and precisely presented... as good as any DC restaurant. We were welcomed by the manager, Kim, so friendly, and she set the tone for our wonderful dining experience. All the wait staff were very friendly and helpful, I tried the quail and the filet. They were both DELICIOUS. My favorite of the two was the quail because of its deconstructed nature. You could piece any bit of that dish with any other part and it paired well. I highly recommend dining here!
My boyfriend took me here to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't be happier with our experience! The combination of the view of the Sandias + Chef Dennis's finesse in technique and flavor makes Bien Shur my #1 fine dining spot in all of Albuquerque. We got to try a tomahawk ribeye steak, blue lump
We ordered the crab cakes and shared the special of the night which included duck breasts and got our own entrees which was the tomahawk steak, sea bass, and scallops and each dish was amazing!!! First time at this restraint. My wife and I went to Sandia Resort to eat at the sports bar. It was closed. So up to fine dining we went. The view to the west looked out at the mesas and to the east, the Sandias. Ambiance appropriate for fine fining. Service (Lisa) was excellent as she knew the right
This dinner was an excellent fine dining experience. The roasted carrot arugula salad was fabulous and my sea bass was perfectly cooked. Elegant presentation. Our server, Irma was knowledgeable, friendly and excellent. Chef Dennis came by our table for a nice discussion. Truly lovely, enjoyable even
I had my rehearsal dinner here. Fifteen people blown away by how absolutely delicious our food was, and the manager, Ms. Nguyen, personally checked on us and wished me well. Seriously one of my best group dining experiences and the view! Whoa!
The current raiting does not give this restaurant justice. Went out with my family on a late dinner and everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was absolutely lovely. The service was particulary outstanding. The waitress assigned to our table was top-notch. Very polite, efficient, ob

I hadn't eaten in the restaurant in a while. It was quite impressive. The complimentary foccia and green Chile, cheese bread with butter and dipping oil in the beginning and truffles at the end were a nice touch! We had the surf & turf, salmon, crab cake, prime rib, mussels, and corn chowder. Al
Ordered crab cakes, salad, Chilean sea bass, sirloin, and a lemon dessert! Great service! Chef is a young enthusiastic person! Kim, the manager is very passionate about her job. The food was delicious!! And I would eat there again. Sorry no pics because I was enjoying the views of the sandias! We ha
