Ordered Bumbleberry crepes without cream cheese, they offered to replace with fresh strawberries. My 12 year older would have licked the plate clean if I'd let her. I had the First Mate-2 eggs overeasy ( not cooked enough for me), bacon (because they were out of ham), awesome Flat potatoes and sourdough toast with amazing Bumbleberry jam. Nice service. Cool location.

Flats is a hidden gem in Mendocino. A campground diner that is clean and nicely decorated is one thing, but add to that the amazing cuisine and the charm and humor of Dominic (the owner?) and you are in for a delightful time. I had that Albion omelette, which was light and fluffy, cooked to perfection! Inside was caramelized onions, sautéed spinach, bacon, and cream cheese. This was perhaps the best omelette I've ever had. My sister-in-law had the fish and chips which Dominic told her was "beautiful" local cod and she swears it was. If you are ever in the area, don't miss eating at Flats!
