Subway

We eat here on a regular basis! One employee from the one on 24/27 helps out at this store and at both stores with a call in order on one and a order online got it messed up both times! We live 30 mins from the restaurant! Lastnight we spent $50 and got 2 chicken BACON ranch footlongs, a MEATBALL footlong sub ADD PEPPERONI, 2 footlong PIZZA SUBS with pepperoni and cheese, and a personal cheese pizza. He forgot the pizza at first, the amazing manager fixed that for us. Well he DID NOT put the bacon on EITHER of the chicken bacon ranch subs, after we paid an extra dollar for pepperoni on the meatball sub they were not applied, and also the two PIZZZZZA subs were LITERALLY BREAD AND SAUCE ONLY!!!!! NO CHEESE NOR PEPPERONI!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped by around 5:30pm doors locked with note posted in window that due to staffing shortage the store would be closing at 5:00pm until further notice. I then called Subway on the other side of town and the lady that answered the said (when I asked if they were open) that she had closed that store 2:00pm that day.

All visited the subway today about 1:30 and the service was great. I'm kind of particular about my son I did the same way every time and usually I have to prompt people to make it how I prefer it but there was a young lady in there today younger black girl that was absolutely amazing she listened to what I ask for and what's the spot on it was a really awesome experience and this young lady really stood out as in very respectful and calm person and I really appreciated that kind of service in the midst of so much chaos. I will definitely be returning.

I went to get lunch at this subway on Christmas eve and the store was very empty and not Busy at all and while the service was good as soon as I started to eat my sandwich it was clear that the bread was old. The bread was falling apart yet hard. I took it back to the counter and asked was the bread old. Of course I was told no but the lady working made me a new sandwich but the bread was from the same tray and was exactly the same. I was extremely disappointed especially since Subway advertises bread made fresh daily. I understand if the store is not busy the bread is not used but I don't want my 7 dollar sandwich to be made with old bread.
