Five Points Public House

Never been here before but I will come back next time I'm in town. We had the Nashville hot chix sandwich and the meatloaf. Both were excellent. Service was awesome she answered all our questions and helped in making our decision on meal. Thanks to her again she was great. A very good experience!!

Nice job re-purposing an old building. Had a good selection of draft beer. The food was decent. I had a chicken sandwich called the Angry Bird. They offer tater tots as a French Fri option and know how to cook them right. We were made to sit out on the patio because of our party size. The flies got pretty bad when the food arrived.

Great experience. I had the shrimp tacos and they were yummy. Fried okra, too! We stopped here after a hike at Morrow Mountain and it was perfect. The staff were all so kind and helpful. I had my pup with me and they moved a table outside to the shade for us; everyone we encountered was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through.

Alright this hot chicken sandwich was amazing! Just on point and super crispy with the right amount of hot. The bun was solid but not too greasy. Oh and the chicken breast, it was thick and tender white chicken. The sweet potato waffle fries were served cold and my wife's food presentation wasn't great but she liked the fried okra and burger fine. Recommend this place it's certainly the best eat we found in the couple days we were in town. Clean, modern, and tasty.

Drove from Midland to try this place out and it was decent. The fried pickles were real good. I had the chicken alfredo which the noodles were overcooked and the sauce was tasteless but the chicken was good. My daughters and son-in-law enjoyed what they had. The deserts were fantastic, had the strawberry shortbread cheesecake. The restaurant itself was really nicely done. The service was a 7 out of 10 and that was with 2 servers, one was training, should've been a 10. I'd go again but only if in the area.

The atmosphere is good. The food is good, probably even above-average. The only reason I can't give this place more stars is because it's always loud. The design doesn't lend itself towards quiet conversations. Picture trying to put a 4-star restaurant in a sports bar. It sounds about like you would expect. You can rent the upstairs for events, and it's awesome. The staff is always a kind and the food is always reliably good. I just wouldn't recommend it for a quiet dinner for two, but it's great for good food with a few friends and a beer after work. It's also awesome during the off-hours. It's MUCH quieter then! As far as reservations go, you're out of luck. I'd go there a lot more if it didn't mean an undeterminable time spent standing outside waiting and hoping for a table...

I love this place!! They have vegan impossible tacos that are absolutely out of this world! The tater tots are always cooked to perfection. I've been here multiple times and had a great experience each and every time!! I always make it a point to stop by when I'm in albemarle. You should do the same, you won't be disappointed!!!
