Raw hamburger! very rude going through the drive thru. Long wait. I have begin to hate going here. I have a family of 5 ( 3 children ) with no picky eaters so it's pretty straight forward orders and they NEVER EVER get it right. Well tonight it was right but with raw quarter pounders. Come on Albany get it together!

I think a crack head with the attention span of a squirrel can do better I pull up to the window you ask me my order after I placed it at the intercom tell you my order 5 TIMES each time you repeat it back to me somehow you added a large fry and another drink I was calm until the 5th time took my card a drove off and these are the kinds of people protesting for 15 dollars an hour?????

By far the worst consistent service of the area. They have two lines but will server which ever they prefer making it a luck of the draw on when you go in line, I had one person that arrived after I did get their order taken before me and in the past have had multiple to the point I had to raise my voice to get attention. Order is often incorrect or incomplete when asking about getting the wrong size drink and no fries they rolled their eyes turned around but while still in sight dumped the drink into a large cup grabbed some fries and turned back to me in the drive through. I honestly ask myself why I go back, this time woth such horrible service I will just drive into Hammond.
