Delightful. The chocolate croissants are still warm. Can't wait to go back and have the regular croissants.
The best advice you'll get from anyone is to SHOW UP EARLY. There is a long line on the sidewalk and they run out of stuff quick. We showed up maybe 1.5-2 hrs before closing, and they had already had a sign that they ran out of croissants - our one goal that morning. We obviously opted for something else since we waited already.
The pastries are like food art. They taste great.
The facility looks very clean and orderly.
I just wanted a French croissant. It's rare these days to find a legit one, comparable to those in Paris.
11/21 update: They were DELICIOUS. It was like being in France again. If you don't care about all the butter that went into it, or you throw out all the rules of ettiquette and lick every bit of croissant flake off your plate, no one will judge you. I ate these so slow, listening to every flaky crunch. Standing in this line is 150% totally worth it.
This place is such a double edged sword... the pastry is out of the world amazing (the croissants are crisp, fluffy, moist, decadent, balanced, delicious, superb, fantastic!). The only problem is it's far away from where I live. But I think that must be a good thing, because otherwise I would need new clothes every 6 months from eating this all the time. So this is all in all a good thing, right? Something so delicious, so wonderful, that it must be kept far, far away from me. Only for my own good, right?? I'm soooo conflicted. I'm so glad I discovered this place. But I'm so sad that it's not closer. If there was a list I had of the 'fantastic things' that happened in 2020, it would be the discovery of this unassuming, wonderful gem, that MUST survive and thrive despite this ridiculous pandemic.
And now, to the gym...
Till next time!
Nice people and not too much wait. Always nice to speak French 😁
Love, love, love! Rotha
The line can feel impossible, but it's so worth the wait. Crispy, buttery perfection and always a few seasonal treats on the weekends.
Thank you for providing us with a taste of France!
5 stars for the pastries.
Likw lots of other great food, the line is really long if you want these tasty treats, so just be ready for the wait.
On a holiday weekend, we arrived at 8:03am and we're about 22nd in line. It took 45 min to get our turn and some people coming out said a few things were sold out already but the display seemed full when we got it. Was it worth the wait? YES!!!! This is destination worthy.
This place is amazing! The best authentic croissants! Their plain and almond croissants are our favorite. The owner is so nice, and the service is great! Thank you so much for your hard work ❤️
