Haven't been to BK in years because it is one of my least favorite fast food places but my daughter really wanted chicken fries. Got that and a small soda. The small soda was almost as much as the chicken fries. I think it was almost 3 dollars. Never getting sugar water at BK again. We took the drive thru and it was super slow.

We waited in the drive through for a very long time, (not going to assume what the issue was) there were 3 cars ahead of us. Then when we got our order there wasn't any condiments at all, had to go inside to ask for them. Food was hot and fresh.

They need to wear gloves while handling food. They need better customer service. And they need to be trained on how to use the App coupons. Supposed to get 1 free upsize a day with an order without a code. GM Shawn told me that they don't get trained on how to use the app and refuse to look at my phone to show him no code is necessary. And told me not to come back to that Burger King. Totally disrespectful.

Wonderful employees promptly boss-battled a huge wasp in the dining area - wasp didn't even see what hit 'em it was over so fast. Kudos. Veggies are always fresh at this location.

In my opinion, the decor in the building was new and nice. The customer service was okay. It was not the best customer service but nor was it the worst. The food was the worst part of my experience. Their nuggets were cold and undercooked. Their tacos didn't taste fresh. They also didn't give up our sauce. So I recommend a different Burger King or Del taco. Hopefully they fix their food issue and there lack of cleaning the lobby. ?

Their WiFi Internet is unbelievable assuming it's up.
Their hot coffee with a few creamers to cool it down is also really good.

The wonderful woman who was working today at the drive thru and the staff making the food did an amazing job! (9/23/2021 @4:10pm) I never eat fast food but my pregnancy craving had me wanting Burger King and they absolutely did not disappoint. Everything was on point, extremely hot and fresh and the woman who is working the drive-through was very kind.
