The only thing they got correct in my order was the individual coleslaw. I ordered dark meal with water. Got breast and wing and Tropicana. No silverware. No butter or honey for biscuit. No cookie. Used to be reliable place to get a meal. Not this time!
I just went to the Albany, Or. KFC this evening and got 2 original recipe 3 piece dinners. The Chicken was over cooked and dry and the skin was tough as well! Also the root beer tasted totally watered down!! SOOO disappointed!! This is the second time in the last couple of weeks we have tried KF

Unfortunately this place has been hit or miss for me. While staff interaction is friendly, the quality of food is inconsistent. Last visit resulted in undercooked pot pies and overcooked/dried chicken sandwiches.

Worst burnt food ever.. how do you over cook chicken at KFC? Run it through 2 times.price increase for the meal was almost 2o dollars more than before Covid. Not a chance I'll go back!
