I just went to the Albany, Or. KFC this evening and got 2 original recipe 3 piece dinners. The Chicken was over cooked and dry and the skin was tough as well! Also the root beer tasted totally watered down!! SOOO disappointed!! This is the second time in the last couple of weeks we have tried KFC and been disappointed!! We always loved KFC until these last two visits! I don’t know what has happened but, it isn’t the same quality at all! Won’t be going back!

Hey! Local doordasher here! I had a double order to pick up today here and I am used to waiting up to 15 minutes. I waited 38 minutes. During my wait an employee had a full breakdown and needed to take a few to calm down. I won’t be accepting orders here for a few weeks. People ordering inside were getting food faster than me…I have a job too yall

My family and I love KFC it’s always great food I love that there’s a A&W at the same place I got KFC family bucket of chicken and a milkshake and fries if you have not tried the fries do they are great better than most places like McDonald’s and the people there are always friendly even when they are busy and they always are keep it up and great job

1) Driest chicken ever. I chocked and gasped for breath. 2) Only gave us 1 of or 2 Cheesy Curds. We were devastated. 3) Don’t have Coca-Cola. Only PEPSI?! 4) KFC employee at the drive through (MON 1/13/20 @ 6:38pm) was half asleep, sad, apathetic, lethargic, uninterested, borderline ready to “OFF” themself. 5) In previous visit, told us they don’t have Chicken Sandwiches, even though it’s on the company’s website menu. GO TO ARBY’s or POPEYES CHICKEN instead !!!

Worst “fast food” restaurant I have ever been to. Dec. 26 , 2021 my son and I went to KFC for a plain chicken sandwich combo and a 4 piece chicken tender combo. We got our bag of food and thought it felt light, drove around to the front of the store and checked,.. no chicken tenders AT ALL!! My son’s chicken sandwich combo didn’t have the fries with it. We went back through the drive through and explained what happened to the girl, she went and got the tenders and fries and didn’t even apologize for THEIR MISTAKE! Got home to eat and the tenders had obviously been old! Worst KFC I have ever been to and I will NEVER be back to this store! I would give them zero stars if that was an option, don’t waste your time at this terrible KFC!!
