Del Taco

I've been here about ten times at least and my last order was just so perfect I had to review. Their consistent food and consistent excellent customer service has made a big impression on me. I have been a cocktail waitress and food server in Vegas- Industry girl- and I love this place. I love that I can count on their kindness and their meals. Thank you so much! Ray of sunshine in these hard times.

Their crispy shrimp tacos are absolutely fire. Great and friendly customer service. My only gripe is 3 times I ordered them (so far), First time I had a lime wedge in each wrapper, second time, no lime, third time I got a tub of limes (I ordered like 6 of them this time). Regardless, they were all awesome. I just like consistency.

4:20 in the afternoon, a kid walks in and says they went through the drive through about an hour before but he didn't get the breakfast burrito they ordered. Manager said they don't serve breakfast after 11. Kid says it was his dad's who is waiting in the car and maybe it was some kind of bacon burrito... he wasn't sure. Manager asked to talk to the dad and kid agrees. I went outside and saw the kid get in his car. Dad wasn't in there, no surprise. Kid just drove off. Manager was calm, polite, and professional. Food was pretty good too.

Food is fresh. Menu items are tasty. Sometimes there's a line for drive thru but that is a good sign that people find the prices reasonable. They are friendly and make the food as you order. Taco night is on Tuesday of course so it's easy on the budget and you can take the kiddos out to eat. Only downside is ventilation in the restrooms or I would have given 5 stars. Please note that restrooms were clean but have a strong odor that can be overwhelming.

Disappointing to say the least! Way overpriced, food was minimal. One taco was so small, I thought it was a meatball the way it was wrapped. I have never seen such a small tortilla and filled with mostly wet shredded lettuce. At least the crunchy chicken taco had a recognizable piece of chicken. Both tacos actually had the wrapping paper mixed in as it was wrapped. I mean, come on. Have some pride. Do your job right. Taco Bell is not on the bottom of fast Mexican food for me. Jeesh!

Worse del taco ever!, Once again we went inside cause line was long, good for them . They were out of hard taco shells . No big deal , I’ll order something else. So I do , pay and then he says while I’m waiting for my food OH WERE ALSO OUT OF LETTUCE!, WHATTTTT???? Not going again and love del taco ? Not this one
