Mcdonald's

I tried to contact the Albany Ga location on Dawson rd and it was no response. Phone number listed is not a working number. I purchased about 26.00 worth of food and these two strawberry cream pies you can’t EVEN BREAK them nor BITE them . They are OLD and So HARD I may have broken a tooth. These were my favorite ones but unfortunately with this happening I don’t even think I want them EVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION. My kids love McDonald’s but I have never had any great experiences. Very disappointed ‼️

How is this acceptable? Went through drive through and straight home.. Fries half empty... BigMac looks like it was sat on by an employee before it was threw in the bag and shoved through the drive through window at me... Possibly one of the worst McDonald's on the planet...guess that's what I get for not checking my food before leaving..waste of money

Do not ever try to order breakfast after 10:29 am, they will quickly let you know it's not available. I wanted a coffee with 6 cream and 6 sugar, it was a comedy skit lasting 5 minutes before the order was understood......or so I thought. I ended up telling them at the window to just give me black coffee after once again being asked about the cream and sugar. I ended up with a coffee that had cream and no sugar 🤦🏻‍♀️

My last 2 visits, including this morning, the service was extremely slow. My last visit, it was slow, I just pulled off, as I had to get to work. This morning, I pulled up to the window to pay for my large, black coffee, only to be greeted by this gentleman with long, extremely dirty nails. I pulled up to the window to get my coffee, thinking it was going to be ready when I pulled up, being it was only a black coffee. I waited 3-5 minutes before anyone came to the window. The guy, KS #13 must have been the only one working, because he came to fix my coffee, after taking 2 other orders behind me. If you're going to be taking money, and preparing food/drinks, at least put on gloves when you're preparing someone's drink/food. I didn't appreciate the fact that my lid was put on with those disgusting nails, and after taking money. When he picked the lid up, he had several in his bare hand, and his fingers were on the inside of my lid. Just disgusting!!!!!

Did an online order. They mixed it all up. But the manager came out and personally apologized and corrected everything. Super sweet. Even with the mix up I was out of there in no time. Will definitely go back to this location in the future. Have never gotten good service at a McDonald's until I visited this location

Not service-minded people. We went inside while traveling through to use restrooms and order food. We were told we had to use the kiosk to order our food but as senior citizens, McDonald's has a lower price for us. However on the kiosk it is full price. We ordered on the kiosk and entered the number we would set on our table as instructed. Well, no delivering food to the table! The worker held up a bag and said something I couldn't understand...Three times. Anyway, we had to walk up to the counter to get our food. Took a long time to get food and no appreciation of customers. No thank you's, no effort to be helpful.
