Ordered a #1, no cheese, extra mustard, got no mustard, no onions, no tomatoe. Ordered a footlong chili dog with no cheese, had just a smidgen of chili on it. I don't know why I ever go back here - they almost never get my order correct.
Don't use the app here, the signal around this Sonic is deplorable. Just drive up and order from the board. The manager on duty was really helpful, forgot his name.
It really like eating at Sonic, but I do hate that the ice cream machine stay out of order so much. I love the the cream slush. It's hot now, really need the machine to be working.

I ordered 3 #1 combos and I waited over 15 minutes for my food. When it finally came out my burgers was Luke warm and cold fries. my burgers looked as if they were thrown together with barely any lettuce.
Nothing about sonic should be considered fast. They have the slowest crew I’ve ever seen and when they’re not moving slow they’re generally in their cars chilling and smoking when you pull up. They happen to be the only sonic I know whose system goes down at least twice a week.
Very slow & poor customer service. Their system is always down. & Why am I always greeted by an employee wearing a bonnet ? So unprofessional.
