Ordered a #1, no cheese, extra mustard, got no mustard, no onions, no tomatoe. Ordered a footlong chili dog with no cheese, had just a smidgen of chili on it. I don't know why I ever go back here - they almost never get my order correct.

Don't use the app here, the signal around this Sonic is deplorable. Just drive up and order from the board. The manager on duty was really helpful, forgot his name.

It really like eating at Sonic, but I do hate that the ice cream machine stay out of order so much. I love the the cream slush. It's hot now, really need the machine to be working.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE A 3.8 GOOGLE REVIEW. I ONLE SCORED A ONE STAR SO THAT I COULD WARN THOSE WHO MAY BE THINKING OF STOPPING THAT TBERE IS A LITTLE GIRL INSIDE WITH HORRIBLE AND I MEAN HORRIBLE WORK ETHICS. THE WAY SHE TALKED TO US OVER THE INTERCOM WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I WITNESSED HER DO THE SAME THING MULTIPLE TIMES TO MULTIPLE DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS. I DO HOPE SHE DOESN'T TREAT EVERYONE LIKE THAT. IF THIS WERE AN EPISODE OF UNDER COVER BOSS SHE WOULD HAVE BOSS FIRED ON THE SPOT. I CERTAINLY HOPE THAT YOU RECEIVE BETTER SERVICE. I ordered 3 #1 combos and I waited over 15 minutes for my food. When it finally came out my burgers was Luke warm and cold fries. my burgers looked as if they were thrown together with barely any lettuce.

Nothing about sonic should be considered fast. They have the slowest crew I’ve ever seen and when they’re not moving slow they’re generally in their cars chilling and smoking when you pull up. They happen to be the only sonic I know whose system goes down at least twice a week.

Very slow & poor customer service. Their system is always down. & Why am I always greeted by an employee wearing a bonnet ? So unprofessional.
