Dunkin'

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel they told me they don’t have sesame only everything I said OK that’s fine then my sister proceeded to order as well they told me we’re not speaking loud enough and a pull up so we pulled up then they told us were being timed we’re on a timer I said I don’t know what a timer means but we haven’t even been here for five minutes then they told me get out of the car and come inside I said unfortunately I Came through the drive-through for a reason because I don’t wanna come inside they told me well then you need to hurry up I’ve never been spoken to so rudely and felt so uncomfortable before just trying to order a breakfast sandwich I have no idea what time the means or being on a timer I don’t think that something the customer should be advised of. The workers name was Tom the manager he claimed to be whose name was Tom. Without evidence or warrant he made accusations that my sister was drunk but my sister was not we were trying to be funny and have a good personality towards the situation but he proceeded to make uncomfortable statements and remarks this will be taken to corporate!

I ordered 2 lattes half an hour before close and I’m pretty sure the lady only used one shot of espresso for both of them. It honestly didn’t even taste like 1/2 a shot it tasted like she just used the smallest leftovers from the pot, & I order a latte almost everyday from different Dunkins so I know what it taste like. She also didn’t put syrup in either of them. So I basically paid $10 for warm milk.

Male employee there was very rude... really didn’t like how he spoke down to me after I politely asked why my frozen chocolate didn’t have whipped cream (pretty sure it’s supposed to come with it considering it’s online description even says it’s supposed to have it). Very aggressive tone and seemed like he was in a bad mood.
