Came to buy a sausage, bacon stromboli. The ones that were ready made that they claimed were done first thing this morning didn't look good. I asked for a fresh one and was told it would take 3 to 4 hrs. I said I would come back and as I was walking off the employees started to laugh. They were extremely unprofessional. My favourite thing when it comes to Sbarro is spaghetti and meatballs and they usually make it very good but at this location they somehow managed to screw up the whole thing because they gave me half cold spaghetti, obviously left from previous day, cold meatballs and no breadstick.
If want the management won't replace those guys there, they may be closing soon as there are many other better places to eat at that good court)

Great tasting pizza and great customer service. Certainly beats the horrible service I had at Charly’s across. I’m going back again for sure. Customer service is everything!

Sunday, August 4th, at 1:45 pm baked ziti wasn't cooked completely (was still hard). The owner needs to check with the store manager.
