Bruegger's Bagels

Guy making the bagels and running the register can’t wear a mask over his nose or mouth. Disgusting when Omicron is running rampant. When I asked him to put it on he made some half attempt to do so but when it slipped off he just left it there. Then as I was leaving, he snidely remarked “Have a nice day.” Like he’s not the one violating the ordinance and risking the health of customers. Used to buy bagels for the office weekly and for myself at least twice a week. Well they lost my business.

Hello, I would just like to give my review on here about this place and say that it’s gone downhill, badly! The breakfast sandwiches are great and the bagels are amazing, but the customer service there has turned me off completely from this place that used to be my breakfast go-to spot. One of the workers, short red hair ginger girl: Krista or Kristal(?), is very snappy at to her coworkers. I’m a regular of the place, I come there 5/6 times out the week so I always see her there. She is very rude to her fellow employees, she sometimes gets an attitude with the other customers over tiny mistakes, and she smokes whatever that metal pen looking thing is inside of the store, which I find extremely inappropriate. Idk if it’s weed or those vapes but it’s still unacceptable. Very unhygienic. Unfortunately I couldn’t put up with that atmosphere and behavior anymore so I will no longer be a customer here.
