Terrible experience. Woman making my sandwiches kept messing up my order and filled my cokes half way and said that theyre not supposed to rill them all the way. That is bs because i always get full cokes every other time. She also forgot one drink and charged us for 5 and gave us 4. I feel robbed from my money with this terrible service and would not reccomend buying from here if you see this lady at work. If only I knew her name.

food was ok, the mall was packed and the staff had music blaring on a Bluetooth speaker... it was hard enough to hear each other as it was while I was ordering, but we might have had to repeat less if the music hadn't been so loud and her coworker singing badly and loudly... to her as he was serving the customer before me. I hate leaving a bad review, since they seemed nice, but they need to understand there's a time and a place, and that wasn't it

Subway has decent rolls and toppings to choose from. But the needs are lacking they make a thin sandwich that is not filling. So while in the Crossgates Mall food court I would suggest you look for another place to eat. You can spend the same amount of money at the other options and feel like you just had a meal.

Once of the best restaurant for vegetarians. I have taken veggie Patty n for half foot long. And it cost me around 5.52 with tax. If your ordered for 1 foot long (12'') bread it will heavy for 1 person. I like Italian multi grain bread and American cheese. With all the veggies and I have added ranch and Chipotle sause for salad dressing. It will be perfect for veg option. It is clean and we'll maintained so it will be healthy.
