Hot mess Express! What I ordered is in the screen shot, what I got was about 1/3 of what I ordered. No beans, gauc, corn salsa, sour cream, cilantro, or sauted vegetables. I ordered via the app and still had to wait 20 mins after my pick up time. The woman on register during the lunch rush didn't seem like a good fit for lunch rush, and jumped all over the place and placed the burden on the customers. I also got a burrito that I didn't order? Again hot mess express!

First place I stopped when I left Albany airport. I am from SC and they had sweet tea... it was good too. Food was great and staff was very friendly. A+excellent

Meh. Where do I begin? I must say the food tasted fresh but the service left something to be desired. Employees lounging about on their phones except for one young woman who seemed to be doing it all! She rang us out and had to run back to make our guac because the guy that was supposed to do it was chillin' watching the soda machine get fixed (pic of gross soda machine innards below, blargh). I mean, I get it, it's a chain and these people are probably underpaid. If Chipotle starts carrying queso dip I'll no longer have a reason to patronize Moe's.

We arrived at 2pm on a Sunday. The dining area was dirty including the floors, the tables and the seats. The staff were pleasant but each had a flat affect. The food that was suppose to be warm was cold. My husband thought the food was bland. I thought the food tasted okay. It tasted like typical fast food. The menu has been reduced compared to the last time I visited a Moe’s Grill. The whole place needs a pick me up and some soap and water. Last dining experience there.

Place was clean considering how busy it was. Ordered tacos. Was nothing like what the menu said. How hard is it to make a taco? I had to tell little miss "attitude" what to put in it. Girl doing check out had the same "I hate my job" look on her face. I'm sure the problem was me. It's always the customer; right? Well, there's other taco joints...with friendly staff.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I ordered online over 30 minutes before my very short lunch from work to make sure it would be ready for me when I got there. I got there 5 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even started it. It took them 10 minutes to start the order and then when I finally got my chicken burrito, there was NO chicken in it. This wouldn't be a problem, but I was charged more for the chicken that I didn't get.
Not only that, but the restaurant was very dirty for only having been open for about 45 minutes by the time I got there.
I reached out to Moe's directly to complain but received no response. I will not be going back to this location.

Food is good, just like any Moe's I've been to (there are several in the area). Typically have gone here for lunch. Frequently experience the result of what appears to be staffing issues, not enough people working or a new person every time I come in, which usually messes up something in the order or it takes longer than it should to get food and sit down. The latest experience will likely prevent me from coming back. My friend ordered food, paid, went to fill his drink, and discovered that the machine did not have any diet soda. He asked for someone to tend to the machine (3 visible employees working), and sat down. I was almost done with my food before he got fed up with waiting and went to ask for a refund on his drink because no one had refilled the machine. He was rebuked at the counter for 'rushing the staff', and told they just needed to get through the line because there were so few of them. Roughly ten minutes later when we finally left, they still had not refilled the machine. Mind you, the line was empty for five of those minutes. Poor customer service, that is frankly unacceptable.
