Starbucks

Very busy. Staff was on top of it. But when I placed my order , I added something different to my drink. The clerk was obviously not comfortable with my choice. I had not used this Starbucks before so it wasn't like I changed my usual for a clerk that was familiar with me. Other than that it was fine

Exactly the drink I wanted! Unfortunately, prices have increased, meaning I am able to only enjoy caffeinated deliciousness alternating weeks, when budget allows 😭 (this is at all Starbucks, not just this location). The person who took my order was busy (season of year) , but friendly & cheerful. And the person who made my drink got my order EXACT!!!!

Honestly just don’t go here. They can’t follow simple instructions, asked for venti ice coffee with a splash of 2%milk and I was given a coffee with half & half and definitely not a splash. If I was the one picking it up, I definitely would not have taken it. My girlfriend got a cold brew with a splash of half & half. They gave her a white coffee

If you are a person of color or Spanish dissent please don’t go here I was very polite with the lady at the register this morning & for no reason she was rude to me and my wife because I ask for extra caramel. When I took my drink I proceeded to be polite and say have a great day she said nothing to me but to her other customers treated them like gold hello how can I help you and everything we didn’t get that. I was willing to pay for the extra Caramel but here I am someone needs help with their customers service when it comes to people of a different dissidents
