As an Apple employee, I understand the importance of amazing customer service. Therefore, when I say Austin and the rest of the Starbucks crew are the best in the Albany region it’s something you definitely have to experience for yourself! My order is always correct and they take the time to make sure they say my name properly. Please, keep up the great work I hope everyone gets a large bonus this holiday season!

This is a great Starbucks. There are a good amount of places to relax now after their remodel and they are very welcoming and friendly there. They have a lot of sitting outside the actual store now in the mall.

Everybody was very nice and courteous because they knew they had messed up my name and order, all except a disgruntled man with grey hair who seemed to mumble a snide remark as I walked out with yet another failed attempt at an undertow. I explained the layering of the drink but apparently his vision was clouded because I received a 75/25 split of lukewarm vanilla sweet cream and espresso. Awesome! Love that! Still got to rate 4/5 because I enjoy StarB
