I always order the Daily $4 Slam. I always receive great fluffy pancakes that fill the plate, alongside an appealing meat selection & egg. This breakfast was not the usual meal. The pancakes were flat, tough & a bit larger then the palm of my hand. The Bacon was a piece of a piece of bacon, not a full Bacon strip. Not the best meal this Time. Just a reminder to always look at your meal before you leave the restaurant!

Everything is very tasty... attendants are polite and helpful and the place is very clean.

Great customer service, food was delicious, and everything came in a timely manner. The lady who took our orders made a mistake but corrected it right away. My guest can be indecisive about what she wants to eat and drink. The waitress was very patient and even gave suggestions. Rarely had to ask for a refill. My food was great for a franchised restaurant.

Best Denny’s restaurant I’ve ever been to. Perhaps it was the person waiting on the checkout counter taking orders to go. But she was so kind knowing I had to eat gluten-free that she offered substitutions without qualms. She filled my travel mug and gave me an extra sugar packet “just in case” because I told her we were traveling. We ate here twice as takeout and food was hot and cooked appropriately both times. I highly recommend this Denny’s if you’re traveling by the airport in Albany. Just goes to prove that employees make the place. To Denny’s mgmt: Keep this employee and give her a raise.
