I ask a question about milk, the person behind the counter was totally confused as to what milk was. I was dumb founded that he didn’t understand the word milk. He finally said ‘I don’t know’ and I walked out. This is the worst store for customer service, it seems to me that English should be a requirement to work with customers that speaks English.

Closed from midnight to 4:30am this is the only non 24 hour 7-11 I have ever been to.
