I've happily eaten my share of Chipotle in the Before Times, but both my burrito and my wife's bowl were very not good today.

I usually receive my online orders without any problems at this location, but this time I was heavily disappointed. I ordered a carnitas bowl with no rice no beans, and received a bowl with carne asada, white rice, and beans, along with a salsa I didn't order.

Would be nice to actually get the order I place on the app. Third time now in a row that I’ve paid for overly priced fast food. Why would someone order a salad and not be given the dressing? Last time I ordered sour cream on my bowl and it wasn’t on the bowl. Granted the Karen in front or behind me- whichever place in line she felt like standing in- couldn’t follow simple directions which probably messed up my order. Then the lazy manager rolling her eyes lol-pretty simple job to execute even if it’s demanding because of rude customers or a rush of costumers. If she can’t handle people and orders correctly she shouldn’t be working there. Maybe a desk job is better suited for her lack of actually working (standing, pacing in the back, and watching isn’t supervising)

They are not authentic Mexican food, but their food is always freshly cooked and cut. They always have friendly service too.

I got a bowl in south shore. the staff was ok but as I got the bowl and asked to get the carne asada which you have to extra for btw they gave me less than a spoon of it, It’s the same for the guacamole.I should be getting what I am paying for. They put a lot of lettuce to just make it look fuller. I’m not hate on this restaurant because it’s has been one of favorites I’m just disappointed.

Solid. Everything you expect from a chain restaurant. but they stuff their burritos more than I've ever seen any Chipotle do it before especially in Walnut Creek

Excellent Mexican flavors from well-sourced ingredients that are consistently good no matter where in the country or world that you find them. That is saying something.
Great vegetarian options. Nevertheless, the most natural meat from a national chain.
Spartan but very clean and comfortable setting. Nicely lit.
