Good dim sum. Quality of service depends on who serves you, overall not bad. It gets extremely crowded during lunch hours and there's always a line. Go there at 11am instead of 12pm. You'll sure to get a table.
It's a bit pricey. For two people we ended up spending almost $70. Would you rather have prime rib? Parking is hellish even on the streets. Their parking lot is extremely limited. It will get half filled by employees before you get there.

Parking was not easy in their parking lot but if you didn't mind a little walking exercise, street parking was quite convenient. Dim sum had great variety. Nice dim sum restaurant

The restaurant seemed that it did improve quite a lot since my last dining a few years ago. The dim sums are not as greasy as before which is a big plus. Although we had to wait for 25 minutes before we’re seated. The service also improved a little. The cost was also better than Peony Restaurant in Downtown Oakland 👍👌👍

Delicious dim sum and roasted meats. If you don't want to cook or eat at the restaurant, u can order any dim sum or roasted meats to go and pay at the register. The staff will get your order ready. If you only ordered roasted meats, bring your paid receipt to the roasted meat window and watch them cut up and arrange your food in a to-go box.

Dinner starts at 5 p.m. Authentic Chinese food with reasonable price. For breakfast, need to get there early (e.g. 10 a.m.), otherwise, expect to wait a long line.

The food was solid. Maybe some of the best on the west end. The staff was cool but they said my order would be about 15 to 20 minutes. At the 30 minute mark they told me they were only waiting on my pot stickers. At the 50 minute mark I got my food and an apology. I was never told why it took so long
