This is probably good food if you're from the midwest or south and have never eaten real indian food.
But but everything is quite bland and generic.
You can tell they buy their ingredients to last a long time. Save on spoilage. Which is another way of saying it's not really fresh.
All these strip mall restaurants operate on the same basis. Cheap food cost. Rely on foot traffic, i.e. volume. Profit.
The place was clean and staff was friendly.
Skip this place. Go to Chipotle instead. Nothing healthy to be found here.

One time Try Only! The food is mediocre...poor selection for the price! Indian food in contemporary chipotle style...what a failure! Rice was brittel due to over heating...the curry was sweet! Will not tru it again! Restroom and restaurant not clean kept.nasty.

The only dish I would suggest here is their plate with brown rice, mac and cheese, and entree and additional side with cilantro topping (no other topping). White rice is disappointingly under cooked.

The Indian Chipotle. If a build your own Indian meal, bowl or burroti sounds remotely interesting... go to Tava.
