Excellent food and services
We were here for Father’s Day lunch. The place was relatively packed, but our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The food came our pretty quick too. We love the mango shrimps, the tea leaves salad and the lamb. The coconut rice was also very good. Highly recommend this place.

Tried two of their lunch specials which are offered seven days a week: Chili Lamb and Mango Chicken. The bad thing in my visit was that their signature item on the menu was not available: Tea leaf salad. Chili lamb was well balanced and not too spicy specialy when I tried it over coconut rice. Mango chicken was also very tasty and well balanced between fruit taste and spices.

The pork curry and chilli lamb were pretty good, but I’ve had way better coconut rice elsewhere.
If you like Thai food, and looking for something that feels familiar & simple Burma is a good spot.

A Gem ! My fav restaurant in alameda. Anything you get off the menu will taste BOMB! Really excellent mixed drinks that pair well with the food! The eggplant is so delicious. They have so many vegetarian options that are just as good as their meat dishes.
Service is fast despite it being a regularly busy spot, and prices are fair for the portions.

My order: Samosas, Mango salad, Shan noodles with Hodo Tofu and Spicy noodles with chicken.
Each dish was delicious and impeccably prepared, and the salad is the best I’ve tasted so far.
Must MUST try restaurant in the Bay Area!

It’s been a few years before I’ve tried this place again, and oh man, why did I not come back, I don’t remember. Food and service was amazing! Highly recommend!
